Amit Kumar, MD is a board certified ophthalmologist specializing in diagnosis and management of
medical and surgical diseases of macula, retina, and vitreous.  His areas of expertise include diabetic
retinopathy, age related macular degeneration, inherited retinal diseases, and peripheral retinal diseases.  
He is also proficient in surgical management of diseases of macula, retina and vitreous like retinal
detachments, vitreous hemorrhage, macular holes, choroidal neovascularization, and trauma.
